Eligibility:

Male and Female Kid Models between the ages of 1 to 15 years are eligible to enter & win. The applicant must be 1 year of age as on 1st January 2013, and should not be older than 15 years of age as on 1st January 2013. This contest is subject to all laws and void where prohibited.

Selection Process:

The Tollywood Calendar 2013 (Kid Models) will be a 12-month calendar of images. We will choose a total of 12 images, one image for each calendar month. The only limit to the number of potential winners is the number of months in the year.

Special consideration will be given to mood studies, beautiful portraits, unusual snapshots, and portfolios that capture the tone of models. Online applications will be short listed and judged on the basis of submitted / uploaded photographs. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the contest is final and binding on each model that enters. Winners’ photo and name will appear in color in the Wall, Table and Online Calendar.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Creating your profile & entering the contest is absolutely free. Multiple photo submissions are acceptable.

SUBMITTING YOUR IMAGE

You must keep the high resolution copy of your image saved locally until the winners have been announced in order to qualify. Once selected, winners will be contacted and asked to provide the hi-resolution image. We are unable to use the image posted to the portal for printing-quality reasons. If you will not supply the image at the end of the contest, your submission will be disqualified.

FORMATTING

Image must be available in high resolution at 300dpi with minimum 2 MB size.

RIGHTS

Photos are not returnable and become the property of Tollywoodhunts.com, which will have the right, without further notice or consideration, to use all photos, and license their use, in future calendars and other publications in any media, press release and in related promotion.

RESTRICTIONS

The submission must not contain any copyrighted works (unless you own the copyright), anything in the submission must be entirely original and created by you. Image may not contain any kind of promotional material. This includes all trademarks and logos, even those for your own personal endeavors. The contest is void where prohibited by law. Must be 18 years of age or older to enter (or if younger, application form must be signed by parent or guardian).

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

Photo identity proof or any other official photo identity document. The consent of parents in written is must to enter this contest, in case of minor. You will be required to sign our NOC/ Submitted Photo Release Form/Media Release Form/document.

TERMS & CONDITIONS – Tollywood Calendar 2013 (Kid Models) CONTEST

Participation in this contest constitutes acceptance of these terms & conditions of entry:

1. The contestant must agree to abide by all rules, as changed from time to time by the promoters.
2. Male and Female Kid Models between the ages of 1 to 15 years are eligible to enter & win. The applicant must be 1 year of age as on 1st January 2013, and should not be older than 15 years of age as on 1st January 2013. We reserve the right to verify proof of age.
3. Contestant’s name, phone number and valid email address must be included with all entries.
4. Entries with incomplete or incorrect information will not be accepted.
5. Photos of winners will appear in Tollywood Calendar 2013.
6. Only digital photos submitted online will be accepted.
7. Poor quality photos of either type will not be accepted.
8. Promoters reserve their rights to postpone/ stop/ cancel/ terminate make amendments to the existing Terms and Conditions of the Contest contained herein without prior notice or withdraw the Contest without giving prior notice in connection thereto and in its sole discretion.
9. Entry is open to all.
10. If a prize remains unclaimed 1 months after the date of the draw, the relevant winner's entry will be deemed invalid.
11. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost, misdirected or ineligible entries.
12. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, a winner does not take an element of the prize within the timeframes stipulated, then the winner will forfeit that element of the prize and cash will not be awarded in lieu. Where applicable, winners will be asked to sign a Deed of Acknowledgment, Release and Indemnity.
13. The judge’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. Chance plays no part in determining winners. No correspondence will be entertained.

15. All entries become the property of the promoter and their promotional partners.
16. The entries may be entered into a database for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. Promoter reserves the right to publish photographs of winners.
17. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop-out, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter that corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter [subject to any written directions given under the Law of court] reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
18. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered, including but not limited to direct or consequential loss, or personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of event trips or in connection with any other prizes.
